Obituary of Cynthia A. Clinch

Vernon Center-Cynthia A. Clinch, 76, of State Route 26, passed away peacefully early Tuesday morning October 3, 2023 at her home with her loving family at her side after an extended illness. She was born on December 3, 1946 in New York Mills, New York a daughter of the late Joseph and Ann (Zyla) Wolanski and was a graduate of Oriskany Falls High School. On April 31, 1966 Cynthia and Kenneth James Cinch Jr. were united in marriage in St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Oriskany Falls and have shared this loving vow of over fifty-seven years together. Prior to her retirement Cynthia was a secretary and bookkeeper for the Farm Bureau and New York Beef Industry Council of Oneida County. Being a farmer's wife Cynthia kept busy helping as she could on the Clinch Farm and her spare time, she enjoyed quilting. Her most enjoyable times were spent with her family, husband Kennth James Clinch Jr, three sons, James M. Clinch of Vernon Center, Jason K. Clinch of N.C. and John P. Clinch of TN, one sister Karen Ernenwein of Canastota and several nieces and nephews. Cynthia was predeceased by her parents and three brothers.
