Obituary of Warren T. Shoen

Oneida-Warren T. Shoen, age 61, of the Towers passed away Wednesday morning May 12, 2021 in Upstate Medical Center after a brief illness. He was born on January 1, 1960 in Oneida, New York a son of Lyle D. and Miriam (Covey) Shoen and attended Vernon Verona Sherrill Schools. Warren has several jobs during his travels throughout the country while in Florida he was employed as a security officer with Pinkerton Security and Dick Jones Well Drilling before returning to the Oneida area. His passions in life included fishing, computers, music and playing his guitars. Surviving are his mother, Miriam Shoen of Oriskany Falls, his children Alan, Crystal, Jessica, Kathleene, Laura, Danile, Rebecca and Carrie, several grandchildren, his wife Charlotte Shoen of Fl.,siblings, Lyle D. Shoen Jr. of Oneida, Wendy Pedersen of Sherrill, Mark Shoen of North Bay, Dana Shoen and Shannon Shoen of Higginsville and Carman Shoen of Syracuse and many nieces and nephews. Warren was predeceased by his father Lyle D. Shoen Sr. and a wife Brenda. In keeping with Warrens wishes there will be no public calling hours or funeral services.
