Something or someone told me to look Diana up on Google tonight Oct 31 Halloween 2016. Shucks.Hadn't touched base in a long time. Well, I still have wonderful thougfhts of her lively mind and sense of humor..quite an uplifter. I also have some photos of a party I attended at the house in Vernon..with her pals and mama. One of the few rolls of film I shot with my Leica..I guess I was saving the best for them. Enjoy, y'all. At least the pain is over for you Diana. See ya sometime.

I have fond memories of Diana's father. He was my teacher in the early 60's. I didn't know his children, but Diana sounds like she inherited her parents' intelligence and compassion. Sending prayers.

We were so privilege to have known Dianne. She will be missed greatly. Dianne was always ready to go and enjoy life. Being non-judgemental, patient, and always having a smile made Ric (her life partner) and Dianne great company when they came to visit. Rest in Peace ...

I would ride my bike many times to Diana's house through out the years. We shared many adventures in that huge magnificent home. I loved hanging out with Diana and her family. I was in awe of Diana's courage to speak her mind and to go against the norm. especially in Madison Central School. I know I didn't stay in touch with her but her mother would frequently substitute at Kernan School and I would get the latest news on the family. I was saddened to hear about Diana's illnesses, but without a doubt I knew she would give it her all to not let them consume her. she will always be a pleasant part of my childhood. rest in peace my bus buddy. May you continue to sing those songs in the back of the bus like we did! Loud and strong for all the heaven above can hear! XO

I have so many fun memories of Dina. She was one of those people who always stood out because she wanted to. When I look back I can't think of any one story specifically, but sitting with her and laughing sticks n my mind the most. Dina was outspoken and didn't hesitate to voice her opinion when she felt that something wrong or unnecessary for the good of the whole. I respected her for that. She was always kind and considerate in school with everyone, and friends with anyone who treated others with kindness. I have thought about her fondly through the years. Her heart will always be just an arms reach away.

I am so thankful to have had Dina as a dear friend growing up. truly admired her creative spirit, gusto, moxie and joie de vivre, Dina was a special friend from the first day we met. I want to think that she has moved ahead to her next adventure, probably hanging out with Marty, reconfiguring infinity. I send my sincerest condolences to those closest to Dina. It is not easy to lose someone who was like the wind and rocks, water and fire. Take faith in that her spirit is not really gone; just forging ahead,
Peace and love
