Obituary of Percy L. Bush

Sherrill-Percy L. Bush, formerly of Sherrill and more recently of the Presbyterian Home of Central New York passed away early Sunday morning October 21, 2018 at the age of 104.
He was born on June 3, 1914 in Damascus, PA a son of the late Lyman and Helene (Blaise) Bush and received his Associates Degree from Morrisville College.
On August 31, 1944 Percy and Agnes ("Aggie") Stone were united in marriage at St. Helena's Church in Sherrill and shared that loving vow for nearly seventy-four years. The couple resided together until Aggie's death on July 16, 2018.
Prior to his retirement Percy was employed with the Oneida Limited Silversmith.
Percy and his wife Aggie were very social people who loved to dance. He was a member of the Owls Club of Oneida and the Morrisville College Alumni Association.
Surviving are one daughter Kristine (Shannon) Tilbe of Steamboat Springs, CO, his beloved grandchildren, Collin (Whitney) Tilbe of Littleton CO, Marc (Aleksandra) Tilbe of Forest Hills, NY, Robyn Conniff of Carrboro, NC, Christopher Conniff of Sherrill, son-in-law, Michael Rosselle of Sherrill, and brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Jack (Dorothy) Stone of Sherrill, two great-grandchildren, Quinn and Corbett Tilbe and several nieces and nephews.
Percy was predeceased by his wife Aggie, daughter Kathryn Roselle and his five siblings.
The family would like to thank all of the staff at the Presbyterian Home, especially the Willow Unit, who knew Percy so well and provided such loving care.
In keeping with the family's wishes there will be a mass of Christian Burial to celebrate both Percy's and Aggie's life's in the spring at St. Helena's Church in Sherrill .
